| Isel Linear Guides LFS 12-21/22 are an amazingly low cost shaft and roller solution |
 With the recession hitting manufacturers hard, there is need to look at old and new designs to find ways to cuts costs, the isel LFS range maybe the answer. In applications such as protective door guidance, traversing tables or cross tables this simple, effective, easy to install shafts and rollers are ideal.
Made with precision steel shafts and rollers they are low noise, smooth running, backlash free, maintenance-free and therefore value for money. The rollers are double-row angular ball bearing, hardened and dressed to 20mm diameter, threaded hole M4 and supplied in packs of 10 pieces.
The roller carriages are the same size L100 x W75 x H20 mm with 4 rollers and T-Slot clamping surface, the rollers are double-spaced for the twin rail version. There are two guide rails LFS 12-21and LFS 12-22 both are precision steel shafts 12mm diameter, length 3m and hardened and dressed. They are mounted from the bottom by M5 at 100mm spacing and the top by special screws M4 again at 100mm intervals. The LFS12-22 is a double shaft version making it twist resistant.
